Ayana’s favorite modality is Dance and Movement.
She is psychotherapist and group facilitator with over 15 years of experience in developing, organizing, and leading dance and expressive arts interventions with a great care of clients’ mental outlooks and physical well-beings
She possess MA in Psychology (Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, Russia), diplomas in Expressive Arts Therapy (The CREATE Institute, Toronto) and Dance/Movement Psychotherapy (Institute of Psychoanalysis and Practical Psychology, Moscow, Russia).
Ayana is experienced in working with seniors, children and adults with special needs.
Currently she is in a process of meeting requirements of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
