I am a registered psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist based in Toronto and have worked as a therapist both in private practice and at community agencies for over ten years. I am core teaching faculty at The CREATE institute and also have experience supervising therapists. I work with families, couples and individuals (children and adults) and have experience with people challenged by grief/loss, family/relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, body image, trauma related struggles, creative blocks. I recently completed five years of gestalt psychotherapy training in addition to other education including emotionally focussed therapy, trauma informed work, play therapy, sensory awareness, and anti-oppression. I am comfortable working playfully with all the arts, and have a particular love for movement and collage.
