Lydia Charak is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) specializing in Expressive Arts Therapy. She is a graduate of The CREATE Institute of Expressive Arts Therapy and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Expressive Arts and Psychology in Switzerland at the European Graduate School. In addition, Lydia also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in Psychology and Criminology, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts (Hons) from Ryerson specializing in Media Arts and Digital Design. She continues to keep her practice current and relevant through ongoing training in the latest therapeutic methods. Lydia has also spent a lifetime working in the fine arts, enjoying domestic and international success in exhibiting her various artistic creations and the publishing of her works.
Lydia has a private practice in the Toronto’s downtown core where she sees clients wishing to explore issues of trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, crisis, depression and anxiety. She also works with individuals wishing to work with the concept of legacy and a desire to be more creative.
