Sarah Osborne is a practising Expressive Arts Therapist living in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. Sarah is a professional member with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association and is a Registered Counselling Therapist with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. With five-years of experience practising in the field of psychotherapy Sarah continues to advance her training by taking online certification programs. Currently Sarah is enrolled in an online certification program to specialize in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Sarah utilizes her education, passion for the arts, and work experiences to provide positive and safe environments for children, youth and families to express themselves.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Interdisciplinary from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University (2007-2011); a Masters of Expressive Arts Therapy and Minor in Psychology from the European Graduate School (2012-2014); a Graduate Certificate in Child and Youth Mental Health from Thompson Rivers University (2012-2014); and is currently enrolled in an online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy program from The Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies.
