The therapy approach that I offer recognizes the client as the expert in their own experience. We explore and reflect at their own pace. As a therapist I enter each session with a calm, curious, and compassionate presence. I work with clients to explore and determine what therapeutic approach works for them. This is an ongoing co-creative process. The theoretical framework I use in therapy is eclectic. It draws from expressive arts, relational, cognitive behaviour, and psychodynamic therapy, and attachment, mindfulness, polyvagal, trauma-informed, and somatic theory. I am committed to a trauma informed, anti-oppression framework.
