Biography

Caro Cloutier is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.  She has a private practice working with adults who are having emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, fears, obsessive thoughts, grief, relationship issues, identity issues.  For the heaviness and burdens of life, Caro uses practices from energy psychology, expressive arts therapy and shamanic practices.  With a body-base mindfulness, clients release suffering and open up to new possibilities for a more ease-filled and fulfilling life.  Caro guides men and women through the difficult to access possibilities for hope, peace, joy and ease.  Caro invites clients into a holistic, client- centered approach, caring for the emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic and physical parts of themselves.
