Cathy is a graduate of the CREATE Institute – Expressive Arts Therapy program, and has certificates in Mindfulness, and Death, Dying and Bereavement. Cathy’s work is informed by a wholistic, person-centered, strengths-based, trauma informed, anti-oppressive and harm reduction lens. She works with adults and specializes death, dying and bereavement, women’s issues as well as self-care for professionals in direct support work.
Currently Cathy is employed with Hospice of Waterloo Region.
