Student Expressive Arts Therapist

Biography

Hello! I am an artist and seeker who has spent her life looking for “her place” in the world. I am very familiar with the feeling of never quite fitting. I have made it my life’s work to create places and spaces that nurture my soul, my art, and healing. As an expressive arts therapist, it is my joy to co-create spaces like this for others to find their own place of refuge, re-discovery, recovery, and healing. I believe in the sanctity of spaces in which we get to re-claim exiled parts of ourselves and write our own stories, releasing the harmful aspects of our culture’s influences on our sense of self. Let’s re-claim our voices and write our own lives! Now accepting clients through the Create Clinic. http://www.thecreateinstitute.org/create-clinic.html  You can request me by name, or contact me directly. Please note: I am based in Guelph, and also accept clients virtually.
