Expressive Art Therapy & Addiction Counselling Medicine Art
Work #350 – 319 Victory Str. Vancouver Canada Vancouver British Columbia V6B 1T3 Home Phone: 7787130555 Skype: Iven Simonetti/ ivenetti

Hello, my name is Iven. Before my career as a counsellor, I dedicated most of my time to music and art making. Now I use music and visual art for my own self care or to create Mental Health Art which I call Medicine Art. I mostly offer confidential videos calls but also have a shared Counselling Office in Vancouver, for in person Expressive Art Therapy sessions.

In my counseling practice, I incorporate play, music, art, outdoor activities, and mindfulness. Trained in Grief Counseling, Expressive Art Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Compassionate Inquiry, Buddhist Psychology/Mindfulness, Microdosing, and Psychedelic Integration. Recently published my Mindfulness Colouring Pages Book. We can talk in German and English, my Spanish is very basic.

I utilize therapeutic methods such as music, play, and art to foster positive mental health and self-care. In Vancouver, being engaged in frontline work, I coordinating recreational harm reduction Frisbee groups to aid individuals in navigating questions of meaning and identity, offering a sliding scale for people with low income. I have a fast art practice, and artists find me to address artist blockades. My Medicine Art is used when it’s challenging to verbalize what’s on your mind, as showcased in my MedicineArt Portfolio.

Please schedule your free 15-minute consultation. Meeting face-to-face makes it easier to address any questions we may have about my work and services.

This session isn’t intended for therapy or integration; it’s more of an informal meeting to determine if you wish to proceed with booking a session.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Kind regards, Iven
