Jennifer Fader
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Expressive Art TherapistBiography
Life can be overwhelming, as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist in Ontario, I’m dedicated to helping you navigate its complexities. Embracing life’s challenges as opportunities, my practice aids in building resilience and finding meaningful coherence in your experiences, whether you’re dealing with existential questions, seeking self-awareness, recovering from trauma, or exploring spiritual growth.
In our work together, we engage in a collaborative, non-pathologizing process, integrating diverse therapeutic techniques and modalities. These include Memory Reconsolidation/Coherence Therapy, Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Organic Intelligence, Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, all adapted to your individual needs.
My approach to therapy is shaped by lived-experience with chronic illness, dissociation, and disconnection, bringing a unique and empathetic perspective to my work. These life events have deepened my understanding of resilience and the evolving nature of personal meaning, which are central to my therapeutic approach.
If you’re in Ontario and looking to make sense of life’s complexities, start your journey of healing and self-discovery with me. I’m here to offer guidance and support, helping you towards a path of clarity and resilience. Reach out to begin our transformative journey together
