ExAT Northern Insights Expressive Arts TherapyBiography
Experienced in both the realm of expressive arts therapy and the field of education, I am a dedicated and empathetic professional with a passion for helping individuals who have experienced intimate partner and family violence, adolescents in the LGBTQ+ community, and young people using expressive arts interventions using a trauma-informed approach. I have experience offering group and individual sessions. My background as a high school Dramatic Arts and English Language Arts educator informs my practice. My education, a Bachelor of Arts in both Education and Theatre Studies, adds a unique blend of creative tools to my work.
