Biography

Trish is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and an Expressive Arts Therapist, graduating from the school now known as CREATE in 2007. She enjoys full-time private practice with students, adolescents and adults both in-person and virtually over video. Trish also offers Supervision for Expressive Arts Therapists and students. Valuable work experience includes 12 years providing Expressive Arts Therapy for adults living with complex disabilities, and offering Expressive Arts and Play workshops to Indigenous communities. Areas of special interest are preventing Caregiver Burnout, Mindfulness Meditation, and Insights from Expressing and Recreating our Stories. Additional trainings include CBT for Complex Disorders, Narrative Therapy Responding to Trauma, Indigenous Cultural Competency, IFS Internal Family Systems Treating Complex Trauma, EXAT and Art Therapy Supervision and Ethics, Narrative Therapy Responding to Suicidal Thoughts, Best Practices in Clinical Supervision.
