Biography

As an Expressive Arts Therapist, I am passionate about helping young people tap into their full potential. Through my holistic, whole-child approach, I see your child for who they are – the child behind the diagnosis, the child behind the disappointing report cards and the child behind the pointing fingers of their peers. I will take my time to get to know your child, to gain their trust, to develop a relationship, and when they’re ready, work from a resource-oriented perspective. Every child has so much to offer… it’s just a matter of helping them to uncover it all.
My playful energy helps children to feel comfortable, while my patience and understanding help them to feel seen, heard and understood. Through play, the expressive arts, and discussion, I will work with your child to improve self-awareness, cultivate confidence, promote healthy self-expression and practice effective communication.
