Sam Brocklebank
Expressive Arts Therapist The Healing Arts ClubBiography
Hi, I’m Sam, an Expressive Arts Therapist based in Victoria, BC. I offer individual therapy and group creative workshops for those seeking support, a deeper connection to themselves and a place to connect creatively.
My work is rooted in the belief that creativity is something we all have access to. You don’t need any artistic experience, just a willingness to explore. Using modalities like writing, movement, painting, and more, expressive arts therapy can help you better understand your inner world in ways that go beyond words.
I take a holistic and open-minded approach, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and soul. I also hold space for questions around meaning, identity, and life transitions, meeting you wherever you are in your process.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, life transitions, big emotions, and questions of meaning or direction. I also work with those looking to reconnect with their creativity or deepen their self-understanding.
I aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore at your own pace and find a greater sense of clarity, balance, and direction.
I welcome individuals ages 16 and up.
