Sarah Osborne is a Registered Counselling Therapist with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists and a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association. With eight-years of experience working with school-aged children, youth and adults, Sarah continues to provide a person-centered approach to therapy. Certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Sarah offers creative ways to enhance quality of life.

An advocate for the arts therapies, Sarah utilizes her skills in Expressive Arts Therapy to help medically releasing military personnel and veterans find their way through transition from active service to civilian life. Sarah facilitates a four-week introduction to Expressive Arts Therapy workshop series throughout Nova Scotia and is interested in providing virtual workshops as well.
