Tracey is a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist and Mixed Media/Encaustics Artist in private practice serving the Fraser Valley: Surrey, White Rock, Delta and Langley.

A warm and gentle client centered and person-centered intermodal approach approach goes  a long way! Through the Expressive Arts, I help clients who are seeking help with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress and wellness management. I offer a caring, supportive and respectful environment with the influence of creativity and the therapy of the imagination in sessions that are customized to the individual. Through the arts, whether that be movement, creative writing, visual arts, masks or puppetry (to name only a few), I seek to help clients achieve their version of healing and self-awareness, allowing one’s inner wisdom and the unconscious to be expressed and realized. My goal is to help clients connect to their authentic self and to journey towards wellness and to achieve their highest potential.

My services are complimentary, offering a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities including Play Therapy, Focusing Oriented Therapy and Body Centered Psychotherapy with elements of mindfulness, creative visualization and meditation. My specialization within Expressive Arts is visual arts and art therapy, with an interest in trauma counselling and somatic healing.

I also currently facilitate Expressive Arts groups with women who have experienced trauma, and with individuals in my community that seek personal development and spiritual exploration.
