Tracy-Lynn Glowa
EXAT River & Pine Expressive Arts TherapyBiography
Tracy (she/her) is an Expressive Arts Therapist with River & Pine Expressive Arts Therapy; she looks forward to working with clients to create a safe, playful, and curious space with those who want to explore aging, grief, anxiety, self-confidence, creativity or any other part of themselves that chooses to come to the table.
Tracy’s professional history began with visual arts and theatre. Her own personal expressions are often rooted in scenic painting, fine art painting, drawing, collage, mixed media and more. She has a long history creating arts focused events that engage communities. She feels strongly that the arts are an integral part of being human and that led her to study as an Expressive Arts Therapist.
She has been lucky to have been working with seniors’ groups the past year and through those experiences (and many others!) found new passions in sound and poetry. She is thrilled to continue to work with the Mayne Island Assisted Living Society helping to run the Creative Café program every Wednesday afternoon in addition to the Collective Care Support Group every other Thursday.
