Through the arts, we find another way of knowing and moving in the world — one that stretches beyond the familiar, into the unspoken, the unearthed, and the possible.
Hi! I’m Zoë — an expressive arts therapist, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and a life long artist. I believe therapy is most powerful when it honours the client’s own knowledge, insights, and lived experience, making their perspective the guiding thread of the journey.
I provide a safe-enough container for us to explore, create, and discover together, holding the space as a witness, guide, and co-journeyer. My work unfolds across many spaces — from clinical psychotherapy with individuals, to expressive arts groups and retreats, to creative circles in galleries, classrooms, and community settings — weaving in mindfulness and somatic-based approaches that support presence, awareness, and embodied exploration.
I’m drawn to themes of belonging, identity, and life’s in-between places. Through my own experience of neurodiversity, I’ve learned that there are many ways of being in the world, and that embracing these differences can open a space for self-discovery and expression that is deeply personal, meaningful, and supportive. At the heart of my work is an invitation to step into spaces of curiosity, care, and possibility — and see what might emerge.
