Biography

I am a healer who applies expressive arts and psychotherapy in education, research and therapeutic practice. With nearly 20 years of experience empowering individuals and groups, I am passionate about sharing my gift of healing as a member of the Amerindian-Chinese Surinamese and Caribbean diaspora. It is important for me to impart my knowledge in communities where people seek to learn and grow, including schools, community organizations, and healthcare facilities. My research and projects focus on developing wellness approaches to support racialized communities living in Western contexts.
